Terms and conditions
We also offer a discount depending on the number of people from the same company/organization who register and pay for the conference at the same time. The discount amount depends on the number of people, who register for the conference. For 3 people we offer a discount of 5%, for 4 people we offer a discount of 7% and for 5 or more people we offer a discount of 10%.
Discounts add up, but only up to 20%.
Student registration fee:
This fee is only valid for enrolled students up to 26 years of age with a valid certificate of enrollment. Includes the full registration fee.
Conference registration deadline:
When the conference is sold out, but no later than the 24th of April 2026. The registration is confirmed when the registration fee has been paid in full (before the start of the event or up to the registration deadline for each type of registration fee).
Registration cancellation:
If you want to cancel your registration, you must send an email, which clearly states the name of the attendee and the intent to cancel the registration to info@thriveconf.com. Attendees, who wish to cancel their registration after the 26th of April will have to pay 10% of the standard registration fee. The rest of the fee will be refunded. The deadline for cancellations is the 2nd of May 2026. If you cancel the registration after this date, you must pay the full conference fee for which you registered. It is possible to transfer your registration to another person without any additional costs.
