I lead the M365 MVP and RD Communities for Microsoft where I work with PM leads across 20+ M365 products to create a deep engagement with our engineering teams and MVPs and Regional Directors. Through these programs, we facilitate product deep dives, and create opportunities for feedback to ensure we're creating products that meet the needs of customers and to ensure MVPs and RDs have the product knowledge to be experts. During my 20 years at Microsoft, I have run programs focused on product feedback and product adoption, mostly in the unified communications space. I enjoy connecting people and bringing a human element to technology.
